REFUND POLICY


Please always contact us first before requesting a refund so we can help assist in any concerns you may have. A member can request a refund to be processed for any reason. If the refund in question is a recurring charge, the latest payment will be refunded. All refunds must be processed within 60 days. Any refunds will cancel the membership immediately and you will no longer have access to the member's area. If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund. It will only stop any future rebills.
